Caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia requires patience, consistency, understanding, and a compassionate approach.

Our dementia support services are designed to provide a familiar and reassuring environment while assisting individuals with their everyday routines. Care is tailored to the individual’s abilities, preferences, personal history, established routines, and changing needs.

Support may include assistance with personal care, meals, daily activities, companionship, orientation and routine, mobility, and supervision appropriate to the individual’s care plan.

Our caregivers use calm, respectful communication and consistent routines to help reduce confusion and provide reassurance.

We also recognize the challenges families can experience when caring for a loved one with dementia. We work closely with families and relevant healthcare professionals, where appropriate, to support continuity of care and help families feel informed and supported throughout the care journey.
